By booking a cab with Delhi Cab Bookings, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Fares
All fares quoted at the time of booking are based on the selected route, vehicle type, and travel details. Additional charges may apply for route changes, extra stops, extended waiting time, tolls, parking fees, state taxes, or any other applicable charges not included in the original booking.
Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled without charge if cancelled within the permitted cancellation period. Late cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Delhi Cab Bookings reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of abusive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
Liability
While we strive to provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation, Delhi Cab Bookings shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
